What is an accounting software server?
An accounting software server is a prepared Windows Server environment for Logo, Mikro, Zirve, Netsis, ETA, Luca, Nebim or SAP. Users reach the app over remote desktop as if it were installed on their own PC.
Data stays in one place instead of spreading across laptops. Staff in the office, at home, in a store or at a branch work on the same database. Static IP, firewall, strong passwords, IP allow-lists or VPN can be combined to match the access model.
How does a remote-desktop accounting server work?
You connect with Windows Remote Desktop (mstsc) or a Remote Desktop client on macOS and mobile. Each person can have their own account. Printer redirection, local disk sharing, e-signature and fiscal-seal use can be enabled when the scenario supports it.
Which host fits Logo, Mikro and Zirve?
Small offices with 1–3 users can start on entry resources. CPU and RAM should rise with user count, report load, SQL size and integrations. Disk choice is about NVMe speed as well as capacity. Larger setups may split the app and database tiers.
